Daily Schedule Outline:
Morning Group
9:00 am – Sign in and introductions
9:30 am – Roll call and expectations
9:45 am – First Activity Session
10:45 am – Second Activity Session
11:45 am–1:00 pm – Lunch, chill-out, and team bonding
Afternoon Group
11:45 am – Sign in and welcome (for newcomers)
1:00 pm – Roll call and expectations
1:15 pm – Third Activity Session
2:15 pm – Fourth Activity Session
3:15 pm–4:00 pm – Afternoon tea, relaxation, and pick-up
Optional Add-On
4:00–6:00 pm – Extra fun and games to round off the day
